If you have the determination and feel you can do it on your own, choose and download the training plan that suits your current fitness level.
However, if you are preparing for a longer distance race (half marathon / marathon / ultramarathon) or would like to optimize your progress, effort, and time, I recommend personal training .

Personal training is the most effective way to really get a return on your time and energy investment.
You can find pre-written workout plans anywhere (including here )
but they cannot take into account your current physical and mental state. That is why a personalized training plan will always get you to your goal faster, safer and more motivated.
We are a community with goals – and we are willing to do what it takes to achieve them.
I will support you to the best of my ability on this journey full of obstacles so that we can achieve your goals together.
